About the role
The Steward supports Four Seasons Food & Beverage outlets by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all service items and kitchen equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
- Maintain sanitation of major kitchen equipment, culinary, and food‑and‑beverage facilities.
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain the silver polishing program.
- Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely.
