About the role

MB MOTORS is expanding and seeks a Store Manager to lead its retail outlet in Borj Louzir, Ariana. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits and coordinate replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports and implement improvement actions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in store management or a similar retail position.
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage stock efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer‑service orientation.
  • Dynamic, serious and well‑organized.
