Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences while working entirely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
