About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking teleoperators to join our call centre located in the heart of Tunis. The primary purpose of the role is to receive inbound telephone calls conducted in Arabic and to assist callers with their needs.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls in Arabic promptly and courteously.
Listen to callers’ requests and provide clear, accurate information.
Record essential details of each interaction in the call log.
Transfer calls to the appropriate department when required.
Ensure compliance with the centre’s confidentiality and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with a clear telephone voice.
Good communication skills and ability to understand caller needs.
Basic computer literacy to navigate call‑handling software.

Required skills

Arabic language proficiency.
Telephone etiquette and active listening.
