About the role
Medius is looking for a Professional Services Operations Administrator to join the Customer Experience Organization (CXO). The role ensures that professional‑services engagements are set up correctly, billing‑ready, and financially aligned from order to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Translate signed Order Forms and Statements of Work into accurately configured projects within Medius’ core business systems.
- Validate project data to protect revenue and improve billing accuracy.
- Reduce operational burden on delivery teams by standardising and automating setup processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to maintain financial alignment across engagements.
- Support the evolution of operational processes through automation and AI‑enabled tools.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, delivery, and finance teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
