Production Supervisor

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing operators in a fast‑paced aerospace environment. You will ensure that production schedules are met while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members in line with company policies and aerospace standards such as AS9100.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee proper use of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production concerns.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members while enforcing safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain production documentation, logs, and reports.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively with internal clients at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AS9100 aerospace standard.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Understanding of 5S workplace organization.
