Production Line Supervisor

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee basic production cells and guide assembly employees in meeting daily production plans. The role ensures that all finished goods meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise basic production cells and direct assembly staff.
• Ensure finished goods meet quality specifications and timelines.
• Assign and monitor repetitive and non‑repetitive tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret diagrams and drawings to set up initial layouts.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly operations.
• Perform continuity checks on work‑in‑process and completed items.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line as required.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of related production or manufacturing experience.
• Full knowledge of basic production processes and tools.
• Ability to handle moderately difficult assignments with some judgment.
• Capable of following general instructions for new tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience performing continuity checks.
• Experience conducting quality inspections.
