Product Development Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join its R&D team and drive the creation of innovative medical products. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from concept design through industrialisation and manufacturing qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in R&D activities to design and develop new medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Optimize and qualify manufacturing processes, conducting IQ, OQ, and PQ validations.
• Perform PFMEA risk analyses and root‑cause investigations to implement corrective actions.
• Carry out capability studies and monitor process performance to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, production, quality) to translate concepts into market‑ready solutions.
• Manage project timelines, track development stages, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in product development within the textile industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Team‑oriented with clear communication skills.
