About the role
Enovis is seeking a Process Engineer to discover, develop, and evaluate new product ideas and enhancements for its medical‑technology portfolio. The role will guide products from concept through market introduction, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess new product concepts, extensions, and improvements.
- Lead all phases of the product life‑cycle, from inception to market launch.
- Define product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales.
- Translate research discoveries into usable, marketable solutions.
- Evaluate potential revenue growth and market‑share impact of new ideas.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Little to no prior professional experience; ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving capability for routine, limited‑scope issues.
- Willingness to learn professional concepts, basic principles, and theories.
