About the role

The Post Foundry Operator works within Pursuit Aerospace's foundry to perform post‑casting operations on high‑precision aerospace components. The role ensures that each part meets strict quality and production standards before it moves to the next stage of assembly.

Key responsibilities

Finish, deburr, trim, and clean cast components according to work instructions.
Conduct visual inspections to identify non‑conformities and report defects.
Handle parts safely and operate basic equipment and hand tools.
Maintain production flow by completing tasks within defined cycle times.
Support continuous‑improvement initiatives in the foundry environment.

Required profile

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
Attention to detail for detecting surface defects and dimensional issues.
Physical stamina for handling heavy cast parts and standing for extended periods.
Commitment to quality, compliance, and teamwork.
