NPI Engineer

About the role

The NPI Engineer will lead new product introductions for a global aerospace component manufacturer. You will create and manage manufacturing documentation, validate processes, and ensure smooth transition from design to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop work instructions, procedures, and process documents for new products.
• Complete all APQP phases, including feasibility assessment, package preparation, iterations, production preparation plan, readiness review, and production run.
• Validate new and existing processes to meet customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve process‑related issues.
• Improve manufacturing methods and support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and EHS activities.
• Assist shop‑floor personnel training on iteration steps and production runs.
• Implement new product and manufacturing packages in the ERP system.
• Perform product disposition during non‑conforming product meetings.
• Provide technical support for equipment validation and qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tooling specifications.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
