NPI Engineer

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead new product introductions within its aerospace component manufacturing operations. The role focuses on creating and managing documentation, validating processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product introductions by creating work instructions, procedures, and process documents.
• Prepare and manage all APQP phase deliverables, including feasibility assessments, package preparation, production plans, and readiness reviews.
• Validate new and existing manufacturing processes to meet customer specifications.
• Investigate and resolve process‑related issues, providing corrective solutions.
• Support shop‑floor training on iteration steps and production runs.
• Implement product and manufacturing packages within the ERP system.
• Participate in non‑conforming product meetings and product disposition activities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement, cost‑saving, Kaizen, and EHS initiatives.
• Provide technical support for equipment validation and qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tooling specifications.
• Proficient English communication skills.
