NPI Engineer

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead new product introduction activities for complex aircraft engine components. The role involves creating manufacturing documentation, validating processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a high‑performance production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product introductions by creating work instructions, procedures, and process documents.
• Manage the APQP phases, including feasibility assessment, package preparation, iterations, production preparation, readiness review, and production run.
• Validate new and existing processes to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Investigate and resolve process‑related issues, providing corrective solutions.
• Assist in training shop‑floor personnel on iteration steps and production processes.
• Implement product and manufacturing packages in the ERP system.
• Conduct product disposition during non‑conforming product meetings.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement, Kaizen, and EHS activities.
• Provide technical support for equipment validation and qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tooling specifications.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proficient English communication skills.
