NetSuite Administrator

About the role

Medius is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to own the technical management of its NetSuite platform. You will work closely with IT, Finance and business stakeholders to configure, maintain and continuously improve the system so it supports the company’s global operations and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain all NetSuite components, including user roles, permissions, custom fields, templates, forms and workflows.
• Manage system updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Monitor platform performance, security settings and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate functional requirements into system configurations.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience administering NetSuite.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, especially IT and Finance.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on system stability and security.
