Infrastructure & Security Officer

About the role

Bank ABC is looking for an Infrastructure & Security Officer to join its Information Technology Department at the Tunis branch. The role ensures the security, integrity and compliance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure across production, test and UAT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, track and remediate security vulnerabilities and compliance findings across the IT environment.
• Administer and secure servers, operating systems, network devices and related services, including patching and hardening.
• Provide Level 2 support for security‑related user requests such as access management, authentication and privileged access.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on vulnerabilities, remediation status and security risks for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical support or information security.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, vulnerability management or compliance certifications) are an advantage.
