About the role

We are looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative to join BPO Homes Inc., a real‑estate brokerage and technology firm. The role focuses on prospecting, outreach, follow‑up and reporting to help agents grow their business.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential real‑estate clients.
Conduct outbound outreach and follow‑up communications.
Maintain accurate records and generate regular sales reports.

Required profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
High level of English with an American accent.
Stable internet connection.

Required skills

Proficiency with Google Drive.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What we offer

Base salary plus commission on each closed deal.
Potential earnings of $6,000–$12,000 per year minimum.
Stock options vested after three years.
Fully remote work with flexible evening hours (Tunisia time).
