About the role
We are looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative to join BPO Homes Inc., a real‑estate brokerage and technology firm. The role focuses on prospecting, outreach, follow‑up and reporting to help agents grow their business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential real‑estate clients.
- Conduct outbound outreach and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular sales reports.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High level of English with an American accent.
- Stable internet connection.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
What we offer
- Base salary plus commission on each closed deal.
- Potential earnings of $6,000–$12,000 per year minimum.
- Stock options vested after three years.
- Fully remote work with flexible evening hours (Tunisia time).
