Ingénieur Robotique – Process Expertise

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Robotics Engineer to lead industrial technology initiatives within its Process Expertise Center. The role focuses on coordinating process standards, managing industrial networks, and driving standardization across product groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and animate the Process Expertise Center for the assigned perimeter.
• Coordinate interfaces between product groups, platforms, and other Process Expertise Centers.
• Oversee the industrial network (plant, production, industrialization) and define standard processes aligned with TDP.
• Validate process suppliers, tools, and equipment, ensuring deployment across the product group.
• Define P2 process policy with R&D and lead worldwide standardization projects.
• Participate in Standardization Committee, PMC, Red Project Review, and sourcing committees.
• Manage industrialization projects, allocate programs to plants, and support sites during ramp‑up.
• Define equipment and tool standardization rules, considering HCC and LCC differences.
• Set program budgets, manage equipment transfers, and monitor site performance, delivery, quality, and asset utilization.
