Implementation Consultant – ADP Workforce Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to deliver ADP Workforce Manager solutions for our clients. You will guide customers through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go‑live, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement client solutions using ADP’s implementation methodology and the ADP Workforce Manager product.
• Conduct workshops to capture business and integration requirements.
• Design and document solution specifications, including business requirements and interface details.
• Configure the system, troubleshoot issues, and apply firmware updates to time‑clocks.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and guide clients on testing activities, including test scripts and scenarios.
• Deliver training sessions, update training materials, and assist during User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go‑Live phases.
• Produce project deliverables such as blueprints, configuration audits, and documentation on schedule.
• Collaborate with product managers to provide feedback and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and time‑management processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage risks, and communicate status to project managers.
• Proactive attitude toward mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team.
