Hotel Operations Manager

About the role

As a Hotel Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you will orchestrate daily hotel activities to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and brand reputation. You will act as the right‑hand to the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall hotel operations, including front‑office, housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to identify and maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and internal standards.
• Manage the hotel budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example culture.
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel operations teams, preferably with a background as Director of Food & Beverage in an upscale resort.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle a complex, hands‑on workload.
• Personal integrity and a “Yes I Can!” attitude in a high‑excellence environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using various IT systems and hotel management platforms.
