Grant Writer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Grant Writer to join our team remotely on a full‑time basis. You will play a key part in identifying funding opportunities, crafting competitive proposals, and supporting the administration of awarded grants for EU‑funded research and innovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suitable EU and international funding programmes, with a focus on Horizon Europe.
• Write, edit, and submit high‑quality grant proposals that align with project objectives and funding criteria.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling narratives, detailed budgets, and project plans.
• Manage grant documentation, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.
• Assist in post‑award reporting, financial tracking, and communication of project outcomes.
• Support the company’s fundraising strategy by identifying new revenue streams and preparing related materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in grant writing and proposal development.
• Familiarity with grant administration, prospect research, and fundraising principles.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
