Webinar Specialist (French Speaker) – Remote

About the role

WeLearn is seeking a proactive Webinar Specialist who is fluent in French and English to design, schedule, and execute webinars for our creator community. This fully remote position supports our fast‑growing startup by ensuring high‑quality, engaging online events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement guidelines for conducting webinars.
• Select and set up the most appropriate web‑conferencing platform.
• Create, maintain, and execute a monthly webinar schedule.
• Organise content, coordinate with creators, and follow up after each session.
• Collaborate closely with the account‑manager team to guarantee successful delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when urgent needs arise.
• Positive, proactive attitude with problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Capcut.
