About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a German‑speaking professional to support its customers by managing change requests and ensuring service level agreements are met. You will be part of a diverse team that embraces a growth mindset and contributes to life‑changing innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Log, progress, update, authorize and resolve customer change requests within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely action.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all change activities.
• Prepare and deliver statistical reports on change management activities.

Required profile

• University degree in languages or related field.
• Advanced German proficiency (minimum B2) – both written and verbal.
• High‑school diploma is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
