Full Stack Java Developer – SaaS (Spring & ReactJS)

About the role

QUESTEL is seeking a talented Full Stack Java Developer to join its web product development team. You will help build and enhance the company’s SaaS platform, working on both back‑end and front‑end components in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based web applications using Spring, ReactJS, GWT/GXT, and ElasticSearch.
• Implement complete functional stories from specification to production, collaborating with product owners, architects, and other development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of the SaaS offering by suggesting improvements and new features.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java web application development, preferably in a SaaS or online services context.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on a large code base.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to join an international, dynamic team.
