French‑Speaking Tele‑Advisor (Call Center) – Tunis

About the role

We are looking for motivated French‑speaking tele‑advisors to join our call centre in Tunis. The position is permanent, full‑time and involves handling inbound and outbound calls for a variety of commercial and customer‑service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information, promote products or services, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the company’s system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets set by management.

Required profile

• Excellent oral French proficiency.
• Strong telephone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Dynamic, motivated and able to work independently.
• Good sense of contact and commercial mindset.
• Previous experience in a call‑centre environment is a plus, but beginners are welcome.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (spoken).

What we offer

• Permanent contract (CDI) with social security contributions.
• Working hours: 09:30 – 18:30, Monday to Friday; weekends off.
• Competitive net salary: 900‑1000 TND for beginners, 1100‑1400 TND for experienced candidates.
