Freelance Life Sciences Translator (French – Tunisia)

About the role

We are seeking freelance translators specialized in life‑sciences content to support our French (Tunisia) language pool. The role involves translating clinical‑trial documentation, case‑report forms and related medical texts from English into French, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate COA (Case‑Report Form) and clinical‑trial materials from English to French (Tunisia) with high linguistic quality.
• Maintain consistency with terminology databases and style guides.
• Collaborate with project managers and subject‑matter experts to clarify ambiguities.
• Deliver completed translations within agreed deadlines using CAT tools.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French (Tunisia) and fluent English.
• University degree in translation, linguistics or at least six years of professional translation experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in medical or life‑sciences translation, preferably with COA or clinical‑trial projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
