About the role

We are seeking a dynamic freelance Activity Facilitator to lead a four‑day outdoor program for an English‑speaking school. The role involves guiding students through a large‑scale treasure‑hunt adventure on a farm, ensuring a safe, fun and educational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily activities in English, including team challenges, clue‑solving and nature discovery games.
• Ensure smooth execution of the program schedule and supervise student groups.
• Create an interactive, educational atmosphere that encourages collaboration and fun.
• Coordinate with the on‑site team and farm staff to manage logistics and safety.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in children’s entertainment, camps, treasure hunts or similar educational activities.
• Energetic, organized and comfortable managing groups of children.
• Creative mindset with strong communication abilities.
