About the role

We are seeking a dynamic freelance Activity Facilitator to lead a four‑day outdoor program for an English‑speaking school. The role involves guiding students through a large‑scale treasure‑hunt adventure on a farm, ensuring a safe, fun and educational experience.

Key responsibilities

Lead and facilitate daily activities in English, including team challenges, clue‑solving and nature discovery games.
Ensure smooth execution of the program schedule and supervise student groups.
Create an interactive, educational atmosphere that encourages collaboration and fun.
Coordinate with the on‑site team and farm staff to manage logistics and safety.

Required profile

Fluent English communication skills.
Proven experience in children’s entertainment, camps, treasure hunts or similar educational activities.
Energetic, organized and comfortable managing groups of children.
Creative mindset with strong communication abilities.
