Finance Manager – Crypto Exchange

About the role

Ouinex is a fast‑growing cryptocurrency trading platform seeking a senior finance professional to lead its financial operations. You will own the accounting, reporting, and compliance processes for a multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdictional crypto exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee transactions across entities, including digital‑asset reconciliation, trading‑fee accounting, and fiat movements.
• Review, consolidate, and analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to ensure IFRS compliance and clear revenue, treasury, and liquidity reporting.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial‑modeling tools to support strategic decisions and create real‑time BI dashboards.
• Manage multi‑jurisdictional tax compliance and crypto‑specific financial obligations.
• Assess, select, and implement finance systems or ERP solutions to streamline reporting and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, optimise treasury functions, and design risk‑management strategies.
• Serve as primary liaison with external accountants, auditors, and regulators.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, or trading environments.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchange accounting and IFRS standards.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional tax regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently in a high‑growth, fast‑paced setting.
