Event Partner – Event Management & Logistics

About the role

Roche is seeking an Event Partner to support disease‑area teams with the planning, execution and administrative follow‑up of national and international events. The role combines logistical coordination, stakeholder communication and record‑keeping to ensure seamless event delivery across the affiliate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external events, both national and international.
• Communicate evolving requirements, timelines and priorities among team members and external partners.
• Maintain event documentation, ensure proper archiving and record‑management of promotional and non‑promotional activities.
• Support business travel arrangements, accommodation and contract execution for service providers.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement to create purchase requisitions and manage invoicing.
• Ensure HCP (healthcare professional) data is correctly entered into Roche systems.
• Collect and prepare documents for signature by authorized signatories.
• Provide general administrative assistance to affiliate chapters and organize files.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in event management within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• University degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation, flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• High integrity and ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
