Communication and Engagement Senior Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Communication and Engagement Senior Specialist to join our plant team. You will lead internal communication initiatives, support employee engagement programs and help drive organisational change across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communication content for HR, leadership and employee audiences.
• Support engagement surveys, action plans, workshops, events and follow‑up activities.
• Prepare communication material for organisational changes, HR initiatives and transformation projects.
• Create announcements, presentations, newsletters, visual material and campaign messages.
• Coordinate messaging with HR, plant management, corporate communication and functional teams.
• Track engagement actions, participation, feedback and communication effectiveness indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Employer Branding or a related field.
• Passion for communication, employee engagement and HR.
• Proven experience developing and delivering communication strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Strong writing, presentation and content‑creation abilities.
• Ability to translate business and organisational changes into clear employee communications.
• Experience coordinating projects, events and employee‑focused programmes.
• Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder‑management skills.
