Employee Experience Life Cycle Management Specialist - MENA

About the role

RemotePass is seeking an Employee Experience Life Cycle Management Specialist to support its growing MENA workforce. You will act as the main point of contact for employees, handling HR queries, contract changes, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to day‑to‑day HR and employment queries via the ticketing system.
• Manage employee requests throughout the employment lifecycle, including expense approvals and document delivery.
• Coordinate contract amendments and renewals, working with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Process expense‑related requests in line with company policies.
• Escalate medium‑ and high‑complexity issues to Payroll, Legal, or Employee Experience teams as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or lifecycle management.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across different countries and time zones.
• Experience with at least one GCC country is highly preferred.
• Ability to read Arabic; strong Arabic communication is an advantage.
