360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are a leading staffing and recruitment firm looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to work remotely. In this full‑cycle role you will partner with clients across multiple industries to source, assess and place top talent, while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source candidates using social media, job boards, professional networks and other strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings, interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• Develop a strong network of professional contacts to support future growth.
• Meet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure business success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results‑driven, highly motivated with a proven track record of recruitment success.
