DPRV Inspector – Aerospace Component Quality

About the role

We are seeking a DPRV Inspector to perform dimensional, visual and functional inspections of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards. The role supports product conformity before parts move to the next manufacturing step or are released to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual and functional inspections according to engineering drawings, specifications, inspection plans and work instructions.
• Verify product conformity using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and height gauges.
• Record inspection results accurately in quality documentation and manufacturing systems.
• Identify, document and communicate non‑conformities and support root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve dimensional and process‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, internal procedures, customer requirements and safety rules.
• Maintain calibration status and proper use of inspection equipment.
• Support first‑article, in‑process and final inspection activities and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Metrology, Quality or a related field.
• Previous experience in dimensional inspection, quality control or manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T.
