Deburr Operator

About the role
The Deburr Operator will work on the production floor of Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of aircraft engine components. The role involves deburring parts to blueprint specifications, cleaning them, and moving them to the next operation according to schedule. This is a full‑time, onsite position in Megrine, Ben Arous, operating on a three‑shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deburr parts to blueprint specifications under supervision.
- Wash parts to remove markings and cutting lubricants.
- Learn and apply proper deburring techniques and tooling selection.
- Accurately complete paperwork for counts, scrap, time, etc., following company policy.
- Maintain area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly fashion.
- Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations, including good housekeeping, safety, and security.
- Notify the Department Lead of any shortages in supplies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required skills
- Deburring techniques.
- Blueprint reading.
- Tool selection for deburring operations.
- Part washing.
