Customer Service Support – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

Outsourcia is expanding its telesales activity in Tunisia and is looking for enthusiastic, bilingual professionals to join the Customer Service Support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or remote tools.
• Deliver post‑sales support and resolve issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Communicate technical information in clear, non‑technical language.
• Present the value proposition of Outsourcia’s services to address customer needs.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve processes.
• Follow up with customers after issue resolution to confirm satisfaction.
• Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services offered.

Required profile

• Cheerful, confident and passionate about helping customers.
• Bilingual: fluent in English (spoken and written) and C1 level French (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service or technical‑support role.
• Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in technical assistance and preferably sales within a related industry.
