Contact Center Web Inbound Team Leader (Day Shift) – Temporary

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Contact Center Web Inbound Team Leader to join our Tunis office on a temporary basis from mid‑August to the end of December. The role is day‑shift focused and involves leading a team that handles inbound web sales interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire the team to exceed performance targets.
• Manage performance, provide timely feedback and conduct weekly reporting.
• Organise workload, ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation.
• Develop the team through training, coaching and support.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Drive departmental objectives, including sales and quality targets.
• Promote a competitive, enthusiastic atmosphere while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Previous inbound or outbound sales experience within a contact‑center environment.
• Strong attendance record and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in coaching, training or team leadership is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
