Business Analyst – Integration Development (Infor SCP)

About the role

As a Development Integration Business Analyst you will focus on building and extending continuous integrations between Infor Supply Chain Planning (Infor SCP) and various Infor and non‑Infor ERP systems. You will work closely with functional Business Analysts to capture integration requirements and translate them into detailed data‑mapping specifications and information flows.

Key responsibilities

• Identify integration requirements by liaising with functional BAs and understanding business and data needs.
• Convert requirements into integration designs, model data entities, and define transformation logic.
• Document integration designs with clear, concise use cases.
• Follow Infor SCP software development processes and become proficient in its integration patterns (batch, streaming, incremental, live updates).
• Review and verify use cases from fellow BAs against requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for functional BAs, software engineers, and QA analysts.
• Proactively recommend improvements to integration processes.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst for software applications.
• Familiarity with design techniques such as use cases and user stories.
• Strong ability to analyze and document complex business processes and data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
• Understanding of business concepts like sales, purchasing, distribution, and manufacturing.
