About the role

CBTW is looking for a highly skilled Atlassian Consultant to join its Cloud and Enterprise Platforms service line. The consultant will design, implement and optimise Atlassian solutions for European clients, covering the full project lifecycle from audit to training.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise‑level Atlassian platform strategies and design scalable solutions.
• Configure and deploy Atlassian tools, plugins, workflows, permissions and custom fields.
• Execute complex migrations, consolidate platforms and ensure data quality.
• Deliver training sessions, create documentation and mentor client teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders to drive best practices.

Required profile

• Significant experience with Atlassian products in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and knowledge transfer.
