AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Propper International is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to work remotely from Tunisia. The role focuses on enhancing the SharePoint platform with Power Automate orchestration and AI‑based document processing to automate purchase orders, invoicing, vendor onboarding, and related workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated flows in Power Automate for PO and invoice processing.
• Develop and train AI Builder form‑processing models to extract structured data from diverse document types.
• Configure SharePoint Online libraries, lists, and permissions to serve as document repositories.
• Create AI agents and integrate extracted data into the ERP system via APIs.
• Monitor automation performance, handle errors, and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation, ensure data accuracy, and comply with governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
