About the role

The company is seeking a dedicated Surveillance Agent to join the security team in Tunis. The role involves continuous remote monitoring of the company's facilities, ensuring safety and rapid response to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of all designated premises using the company's surveillance platform.
• Detect and assess any anomalies, breaches, or equipment failures.
• Immediately inform the security manager and relevant department heads of any incidents.
• Compile detailed daily security reports, documenting observations, incidents, and corrective actions, and submit them to the responsible supervisors.
• Maintain the surveillance equipment and ensure proper functioning of cameras and alarms.

Required profile

• Hold at least a Bac+2 level (equivalent to an associate degree) in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in security or surveillance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate incidents and recommend actions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating surveillance and monitoring systems.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and incident reporting procedures.
