Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning inquiries into positive experiences and helping them resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify, e‑commerce environments and CRM systems (preferred).
