Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will assist customers in French-speaking regions, handling inquiries via chat, email and phone, and ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
