Warehouse Coordinator – Trim

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator – Trim will work on the shop floor reporting to the Warehouse and Inventory Control Supervisor. The role ensures smooth material flow to production, accurate inventory records, and compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse storage activities and the warehouse team.
• Receive goods and materials, verify deliveries and record transactions in SAP.
• Organise product storage efficiently and oversee truck unloading operations.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, track product movements and trigger replenishment.
• Perform basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and uphold 5S standards.
• Receive non‑production materials, verify conformity and analyse negative stock entries.
• Prepare and load export shipments according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, FIFO principles and certification requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control or shop‑floor logistics.
• Strong understanding of receiving, storage, stock accuracy and material flow processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus.
• Good analytical vision and excellent communication skills.
