Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Training Specialist to drive the delivery of induction and continuous learning programs across the organization. You will work within the HR department to design, implement, and evaluate training solutions that support business transformation in the automotive wiring sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct induction trainings, handling logistics, data collection and post‑training evaluation.
• Analyse training needs on a regular and ad‑hoc basis and develop suitable programmes.
• Design curricula, create training materials and deliver blended learning sessions.
• Provide expert advice on learning strategies to HR partners and business units.
• Maintain accurate training data, ensure compliance with global policies and generate reports.
• Support global and local training initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in training or learning & development.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, change‑management and teamwork skills.
