Time & Attendance Specialist

About the role

LEONI is seeking a dedicated Time & Attendance Specialist to ensure accurate time‑keeping and absence management across its plants. The role supports global HR standards while adapting processes to local legal and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of Time & Attendance services according to departmental plans.
• Implement and adapt Global HR standards, guidelines, and processes to meet Tunisian tax, legal, and statutory requirements.
• Correct time‑management errors and oversee time‑manager controls for plant operations.
• Maintain special absence records and manage medical certificates.
• Serve as the primary interface between plants, PY teams, and HR on all time‑related topics.
• Prepare and deliver specific HR reporting on attendance and time data.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management abilities.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, resilient and self‑organized.
