TikTok Content Creator (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Viral Lab is seeking a creative TikTok Content Creator to join its on‑site team in Ennasr 2. You will craft engaging short‑form videos that capture trends, drive interaction, and reinforce brand messaging across TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, and edit short‑form TikTok videos aligned with campaign goals.
• Research daily TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh.
• Propose new creative concepts and ensure they follow brand guidelines.
• Manage posting schedules, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating TikTok or short‑form video content with a strong portfolio or active social profiles.
• Solid understanding of TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and best practices.
• Basic to intermediate video production skills using smartphones or cameras, including framing, lighting, and sound.
• Strong storytelling ability and creativity in ideation, scripting, and visual execution.
• Ability to analyze basic social‑media metrics and refine content accordingly.
• Excellent time‑management skills and comfort working on‑site in Ennasr 2.
• Clear, respectful communication in an inclusive, team‑oriented environment.
