Growth Marketing Specialist (Paid & SEO)

About the role

The Growth Marketing Specialist will design, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads while supporting on‑page SEO for the Cedar Rose website. The role covers the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and copywriting to testing, optimisation and reporting, with the aim of generating qualified B2B pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads) from scratch, including audience targeting, bidding strategies and creative briefings.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, messaging, creatives and landing pages, manage budgets, smart bidding and manual controls, and optimise weekly on keywords, placements and bids.
• Support on‑page SEO by conducting keyword research, optimizing meta data, fixing technical issues, and tracking rankings and organic traffic in GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Set up conversion tracking, UTMs and offline conversion imports from HubSpot, improve landing‑page performance and report on CPL, CAC, conversion rates and pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, share learnings and maintain data confidentiality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or business services.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to design, test and optimise campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Strong written English and solid copywriting instincts for ads and landing pages.
• Growth‑oriented, eager to learn new tools and adapt quickly.
