Testing Analyst – Financial Technology

About the role

FIS is seeking a Testing Analyst to join its Global System Testing Team. You will help ensure high‑quality delivery of fintech solutions across the money lifecycle, supporting client production environments and regulatory migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Write and execute integration test scenarios based on specifications.
• Perform manual testing of new and existing features.
• Identify, log, track, and resolve software bugs.
• Implement automated integration tests using tools such as VERIFIX.
• Run and maintain automated regression test suites.
• Provide functional advice to other testing or scrum teams.
• Apply testing best practices, maintain documentation, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support major Valdi Global Markets clients during exchange migrations and upgrades.
• Assess migration impacts, define testing scope, and manage release configurations.
• Propose process enhancements and collaborate with project managers and Valdi teams.

Required profile

• Up to 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Functional knowledge of finance, preferably front‑office processing.
• Strong understanding of quality processes.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross‑team influence skills.
