About the role

We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service consultants for an ongoing remote project. The role involves delivering functional specifications, configuring Dataverse, and supporting omnichannel contact‑center solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop functional specifications and configure Dataverse, cases, SLAs, and queues for D365 Customer Service.
Implement digital channels, unified routing, and integrate CIF v2/Imagicle for contact‑center environments.
Utilise Customer Voice and Copilot Studio to enhance user experience.

Required profile

Proven experience as a D365 Customer Service Functional Consultant.
Proven experience as an Omnichannel/Contact Center Consultant.
